We will follow up your initial enquiry, which could be by phone, through the website or via social media, with an invitation to visit our Customer Experience Centre located in the heart of Maidenhead. Here our aim is to show you the many ways in which an automated approach can change and enhance the way you live and work.
From lighting systems to video door entry, heating control systems to motion controlled chairs in our cinema at home, a visit to our experience centre will enable you to fully visualise and understand the extent to which automation solutions can transform your environment be it at home, work or leisure.
Having guided you through the solutions available we will then sit down with you to understand exactly what you want to achieve. We will then provide you with our recommendations on which solutions and equipment best suit your needs and budget while still maintaining the overall objective of achieving the best possible outcome. We are happy to arrange site visits to fully specify what is best for your space.
Once we have agreed the structure and components of your project we will put together an estimated costing and project plan for your approval. We will then work together to make any necessary revisions and ensure that you are completely happy with the solution before the project can begin.
We will manage all aspects of the installation including the on-site team and where possible as many elements of the project such as programming and testing will be carried out off-site to ensure minimum disruption.
Following installation one of the Quest End Team will visit you to make sure you are happy with the solution and address any queries. You are assured of our best-continued support and we provide a number of different options for ongoing support depending on your chosen solution which will be discussed and agreed with you prior to installation.
