AV That Won’t Let You Down

Commercial AV fails in public. A video call that won’t start in front of a client, digital signage that drops offline during service, a boardroom where no-one can find the source — these are the things our commercial clients came to us to solve. We design, supply, install and support AV systems for offices, boardrooms, restaurants, hospitality venues, schools and multi-site retail estates.

Every room is designed around how it’s actually used: who the room belongs to, what they plug in, who visits, how often the kit gets touched by people who’ve never seen it before. That usually means one-touch operation, clear on-screen instructions, and remote monitoring so we know about a fault before you do.

We run Quest End Commercial as a dedicated arm of the business, with project managers used to working to construction programmes, RIBA stages and snagging lists. We’ve delivered projects from single meeting rooms up to multi-floor office fit-outs and national rollouts.

Why Quest End for Commercial

Specified with your architectMost of our commercial work is specified at Stage 3/4 alongside the project architect and M&E consultants. We produce proper drawings, cable schedules and rack elevations — not just a line item on a quote.
Control4-free, platform-honestWe use Crestron, QSC and AMX as appropriate, plus certified Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms kit. We recommend based on the use case, not commission.
SLA & monitoring from day oneEvery install can be bundled with a proper service level agreement — remote monitoring, defined response times, scheduled preventative maintenance and a single point of contact.
Since 2010, based in MaidenheadOver 15 years installing AV across the Thames Valley, with offices, restaurants, private members’ clubs and multi-site retail clients we still support today.

Frequently Asked Questions

The things clients ask us most often before we start a project.

Can you design a Microsoft Teams Room for us?

Yes. We design and install certified Microsoft Teams Rooms using MTR-certified hardware (Logitech, Poly, Yealink, Crestron Flex). Rooms are provisioned, enrolled into your tenant, tested against your network, and handed over with a one-touch join experience.

Do you handle multi-site rollouts?

Yes — we regularly deliver rollouts across retail, hospitality and office estates, coordinated from a single project manager. Standard designs are built once, replicated across sites, and supported centrally through our remote monitoring platform.

Can you integrate with our existing booking and building systems?

In most cases yes. We integrate with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, room booking panels (Crestron, Yealink, Logitech), building management systems and security. The goal is a single experience for the user.

Do you offer an SLA or managed service?

Yes. Every commercial system can be supported under a tiered SLA with defined response times, remote monitoring, preventative maintenance visits and a named account manager.

Where do you install commercial AV?

Our core coverage is Berkshire, Thames Valley, London, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Buckinghamshire, but we deliver projects across the UK for existing clients and national rollouts.
